Returns are accepted only if products are unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests after this time cannot be accommodated.

Before returning an item, please get in touch with our customer support to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number might not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable period, possibly minus restocking fees, shipping costs, or taxes.

If your refund is not reflected after a reasonable time, check with your bank or card company. Our customer service will assist if the issue continues.

Returns on sale items are accepted, but refunds will be calculated based on the sale price paid.

Please pack your return securely with all original accessories and documentation, label it with the RA number, and ship it using a trackable method to the address provided by our support team.

Restocking fees may be charged, depending on the product and condition, and will be communicated prior. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless the return is due to our error, and may be deducted from your refund.
